Email support@tuberank.app and we'll get back to you within a few days. Helpful things to include:

• The device and OS version (iPhone 15 Pro / iOS 19, etc.)
• Your TubeRank app version (Settings → About)
• What you did and what you expected to happen
• A screenshot or screen recording if it's a UI issue

If you're a YouTube creator and would like your channel and predictions removed from TubeRank, email us at removals@tuberank.app with:

• Your channel URL (e.g. youtube.com/@your-channel)
• Confirmation that you control the channel — easiest is to email from an address listed publicly on the channel, or include a link to a video or community post that mentions this email
• Optionally, the reason — helpful but not required

We'll confirm receipt and remove all of your videos, predictions, and channel record from the app within 7 business days, and will stop polling your channel for new uploads going forward.

If a specific prediction was extracted from your video and you believe it misrepresents what you said, email support@tuberank.app with the prediction's URL or ID and a description of the issue. We'll review and either correct or remove it.
