Welcome to TubeRank. By using the app or website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What TubeRank is

TubeRank aggregates publicly-available stock-market predictions and theses made by independent YouTube creators, and tracks how those predictions have performed against real market data over time. We display creator names, video titles, verbatim quotes, publish dates, and our own structured representations of those predictions for the purpose of helping you evaluate the creator's track record.

Not investment advice

Information shown in TubeRank is for educational and informational use only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to do so. We are not licensed financial advisors, broker-dealers, or registered investment advisors. Past prediction accuracy of any creator does not indicate future results. Markets are risky and you can lose money. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

Third-party content

Predictions, quotes, channel names, and video titles displayed in TubeRank are aggregated from public YouTube videos. We do not endorse any creator's positions and we do not claim ownership of their content. Creators retain all rights to their original work. We surface excerpts under a fair-use rationale, with attribution to the source video, for the purpose of commentary and evaluation of public claims.

Accuracy

We make our best effort to extract predictions accurately and to verify outcomes against real price data, but we make no guarantee that:

• extracted predictions perfectly reflect what the speaker meant;
• price data is correct, current, or complete;
• hit-rate and accuracy calculations are free of error;
• the service is uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You bear all responsibility for any decision you make using or referencing the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the data wholesale, or use the service in violation of these terms or the law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or wholesale copy the data;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service;
• reverse-engineer the API or bypass authentication;
• use the service to harass or defame any creator;
• impersonate any creator or claim affiliation with TubeRank.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeRank and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TubeRank harmless from any claim arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the Last updated date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
